Privacy Policy
Effective date: 29 May 2026·Last updated: 04 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AGENTPR™ collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the AGENTPR™ web platform at useagentpr.com (the "Platform"), the AGENTPR™ Model Context Protocol server and connector (the "MCP" or "Connector"), and the AGENTPR™ Influencer Network, Partner Programme, Community and related ecosystem services (together, the "Services").
AGENTPR™ is operated by Cihan Media Communications ("AGENTPR," "we," "us," "our"), founded by Dr. Celestine Ngozichukwuka Achi. Cihan Media Communications is the data controller for personal data processed through the Services. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@useagentpr.com (alternative: hello@useagentpr.com).
Data controller: Cihan Media Communications, 54 Community Road, Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria.
AGENTPR is designed to support NDPR/NDPA-aligned data protection practices and is built with Nigerian data protection expectations in mind. Privacy, security and responsible AI controls are embedded across the AGENTPR platform.
1. Summary
- We collect the information needed to run your account, process your subscription, and run intelligence, campaign and matching workflows on your behalf.
- You may store your own third-party data-source API keys with us. We hold these on your behalf, server-side, and use them only to run your queries.
- When you use AGENTPR™ through Claude (via the Connector), your instructions reach us through Anthropic as the connecting client. Your conversation with Claude is governed by Anthropic's own privacy policy.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us — see Your Data Subject Rights below.
This summary is for convenience only; the full terms below govern.
2. Information we collect
a. Account and identity data. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in through a third-party identity provider, we receive the basic profile information that provider shares.
b. Subscription and billing data. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paystack. We do not store full card or bank details. We retain your subscription tier, status, renewal date, transaction references, and billing contact details.
c. Data-source API keys you provide. To run intelligence queries, you may store API keys for third-party data sources in your account. We hold these keys server-side and use them solely to perform the queries you request. See Section 7.
d. Intelligence queries and generated output. When you run a brief, we process the brand names, competitors, sectors, keywords, time ranges, and similar parameters you submit, together with the intelligence results we assemble.
e. Connector and authentication data. When you connect AGENTPR™ as a custom connector in Claude, we process OAuth authorisation and access tokens to authenticate the connection and identify your account.
f. Technical and usage data. We collect IP address, device and browser information, log data, timestamps, and tool/usage counts (used to enforce daily call limits per tier).
g. Local storage and cookies. The Platform uses essential browser local storage and cookies to keep you signed in and to operate core features. Optional analytics and marketing technologies only run with your consent — see Section 11.
We do not knowingly collect special-category personal data, and we ask that you do not submit it through the Services.
3. Influencer, Partner and Community Applications
When you apply to join the AGENTPR Influencer Network, Partner Programme, Community, or any related ecosystem initiative, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, city or location, professional profile, social media handles, audience reach, campaign preferences, niche, minimum campaign fee, organisation, job title, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
We use this information to evaluate applications, verify suitability, communicate with applicants, match approved profiles with relevant opportunities, support campaign planning, and maintain trust and safety within the AGENTPR ecosystem.
Where profile information may be shared with verified clients, partners, or campaign stakeholders, we will do so only for legitimate business purposes connected to the AGENTPR service, and subject to appropriate access, confidentiality and data protection controls.
4. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- create and administer your account and authenticate you (including via OAuth for the Connector);
- run the intelligence, campaign and matching workflows you request;
- generate, format, and deliver briefs, reports, campaign briefs and outputs;
- process subscriptions, renewals, and invoices through Paystack;
- enforce tier limits and prevent abuse;
- maintain security, diagnose problems, and improve the Services;
- communicate with you about your account, service changes, and support; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the contents of your intelligence queries to build advertising profiles.
5. Legal bases for processing
Where the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (and, where applicable, other data-protection laws) requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you sign up for); legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve the Services and prevent abuse); consent (where you choose to store optional data such as data-source keys, opt in to non-essential communications, or accept analytics/marketing cookies); and legal obligation (for tax, accounting, and compliance).
6. Public and client-authorised sources
AGENTPR analyses public and client-authorised social channels, including accessible public Telegram, WhatsApp broadcast, community and social sources where lawful and permitted. AGENTPR does not access private messages, encrypted private conversations, or restricted communities without lawful authorisation, client-provided access, or appropriate consent. Where clients supply their own screenshots, exports, or authenticated captures from private surfaces, they warrant that they have the right to share that content with us.
7. How the Connector handles your data
When you use AGENTPR™ inside Claude through the Connector:
- You authorise the connection once via OAuth. We issue tokens that let Claude call AGENTPR™ on your behalf without sharing your password.
- When you ask Claude to run AGENTPR™, your instruction is transmitted from your Claude session to AGENTPR™ through Anthropic acting as the connecting client.
- AGENTPR™ runs the query server-side using your stored data-source keys.
- AGENTPR™ returns the resulting intelligence to your Claude session.
Your conversation with Claude is processed by Anthropic under Anthropic's own privacy policy and terms, which govern that part of the experience and are outside our control.
8. Sharing and sub-processors
We share information only as needed to operate the Services:
| Recipient | Purpose | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Edge hosting, content delivery, domain, and security | Processes traffic and technical data |
| Supabase (via Lovable Cloud) | Database and authentication | Stores account, subscription, and key data |
| Paystack | Payment processing | Handles card/bank details directly; we do not store them |
| Anthropic (Claude) | AI analysis engine and Connector transport | Anthropic's own policies govern your Claude session |
| Third-party data sources | Running your queries | Some authenticated with your own keys; some are open data services |
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
9. How we hold your data-source keys
The data-source API keys you choose to store are held server-side and are used only to execute the queries you request. They are not displayed back to you in full after saving, are not shared with other users, and are not used for any purpose other than running your intelligence pipeline. You can remove your keys at any time from your account, or by contacting us.
10. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The following summary sets out our typical retention approach.
| Category | Retention approach |
|---|---|
| Account and profile data | Retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure where required for legal, contractual, security or dispute-resolution purposes. |
| Billing and transaction records | Retained for statutory tax, accounting and audit purposes. |
| Generated reports, briefs and intelligence outputs | Retained for the duration of the client relationship or until deleted by the client, subject to backup and legal retention requirements. |
| Technical logs and security records | Retained for a limited period necessary for platform security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and audit purposes. |
| Influencer and partner applications | Retained while the application or partnership remains active. Inactive or unsuccessful applications may be deleted, archived or anonymised after a reasonable review period. |
| Marketing and communication preferences | Retained until the user unsubscribes, withdraws consent, or requests deletion. |
We do not retain personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law, contract, audit, security, dispute resolution or legitimate business obligations.
11. Cookies, local storage and consent
The Platform uses essential browser cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to operate core features. Analytics and marketing technologies are optional and only run with your consent, which you can grant, decline, or change at any time using the cookie banner or the Cookie Preferences page. Declining non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using the core Platform.
12. Security
We protect your data using measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), OAuth 2.1 with PKCE for Connector authorisation, hashed passwords, server-side handling of data-source keys, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to address incidents promptly.
13. Cross-border data transfers
Some of our technology providers, infrastructure partners, payment processors, AI service providers, and analytics providers may process data outside Nigeria. Where this happens, AGENTPR takes reasonable steps to ensure that personal data is protected through appropriate safeguards, which may include data processing agreements, contractual protections, access controls, encryption, vendor due diligence, and transfer risk assessments.
We work with service providers such as cloud hosting providers, authentication providers, payment processors, AI infrastructure providers, and security vendors only where such processing is necessary for the operation, security, improvement or delivery of the AGENTPR service.
14. Your Data Subject Rights
Subject to applicable law, and in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Delete your personal data;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Export or port a copy of data you provided in a machine-readable format; and
- Complain or escalate to the appropriate data protection authority.
To exercise your rights, use the Data Rights & Privacy Request form, or contact privacy@useagentpr.com (alternative: hello@useagentpr.com). We will respond within the timeframe required by law.
If you are in Nigeria and believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). Users in other jurisdictions may have the right to complain to their local supervisory authority.
15. Children
The Services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
16. Third-party websites
The Services may link to third-party sites and tools (including data sources and Anthropic's Claude). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; their own policies apply.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
