What it measures
Emotion distribution, thematic concentration, operational friction and forward intent. These are read together: frustration attached to process is a solvable operations problem, while frustration attached to legitimacy is a strategic one.
What it does not claim
Qualitative constituency evidence is not a representative survey. Sample composition is disclosed with every finding, and a constituency score is never presented as an overall reputation score.
Sentiment is not authority. Positive tone demonstrates resilience; it does not demonstrate influence.
Where it is applied
Meaning Intelligence powers the Voice of Constituency pillar in RAII and the qualitative layers of AGENTPR's client intelligence platform, including emotion, theme and friction analysis in ongoing monitoring programmes.
