WPRF Roadshow Day IntelligenceThe National Mobilisation Scorecard · 3 October 2026

One day. 23 chapters. A national conversation in motion.

One national idea. 23 local expressions. A story that kept becoming visible — and a theme that became public interest. By the final 22:40 social/field close, 23 NIPR chapters were evidenced — 22 in public posts and one by verified field/photo evidence — across 150 validated posts from 103 accounts and approximately 2,900 observable interactions, with no hostile public reaction detected.

The momentum · Tempo and channels

Visibility continued arriving after the walks ended

The roadshow kept becoming visible through late chapter confirmations, then through a separately updated earned-media layer. The visible hashtag campaign was only part of the real conversation; the 22:40 social/field close accounts for all 19 chapters on NIPR's published take-off list.

Visibility latency · evidenced chapters by checkpoint

  1. 16:3017chapters evidencedAfternoon evidence pass
  2. 18:4521chapters evidencedEvening checkpoint
  3. 22:4023chapters evidencedFinal verified close · all 19 scheduled chapters accounted for

Historical checkpoints show when execution became observable, not when each walk occurred: 16:30 → 17 chapters; 18:45 → 21; 22:40 → 23.

The meaning

Responsible Communication left the conference room

FCT's visual storytelling and six dedicated news placements created integrated narrative impact, translating the theme into misinformation, public safety and insecurity, AI and information integrity, and national reputation.

  1. 01Professional theme
  2. 02Misinformation & disinformation
  3. 03AI & deepfakes
  4. 04Public safety & security
  5. 05National reputation
  6. 06Civic responsibility

Roadshow Day began turning “Responsible Communication” from professional language into a public-interest frame: how people recognise misinformation, navigate synthetic content, protect public safety and share responsibility for national reputation.

When visibility becomes outcome · Kano

Roadshow → Government engagement → Institutional commitment

Government House engagement produced state-government support for participation and professional development, alongside a land commitment for a permanent chapter secretariat.

Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf was represented by the DG Media & Publicity, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa; the evidence does not indicate personal attendance. In Kwara, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq was likewise represented.

Executive intelligence

The Roadshow demonstrates why visibility cannot be read from a single channel.

FCT produced a strong integrated issue narrative around information integrity, AI and security. Kano demonstrated institutional and high-authority engagement. Bauchi showed cultural and audience mobilisation. Lagos now demonstrates that comparatively modest immediate social interaction can mature into consequential earned-media visibility carrying national reputation and economic-diplomacy meaning.

Attention → Authority → Propagation → Meaning —not engagement volume alone.

Lagos — Social Visibility ≠ Total Communication Value

Vanguard · 5 October 2026 · “World PR Forum ’26, pivotal for Nigeria’s int’l brand image – Ayetutu” · Lagos NIPR Chairman Dr Samuel Ayetutu

Vanguard published dedicated coverage of the Lagos roadshow, positioning WPRF beyond professional mobilisation. Lagos recorded comparatively modest observable social interaction during the baseline window, but its narrative subsequently migrated into national earned media carrying a broader reputation and economic narrative. Lagos’s original social-performance data is unchanged.

  • Nigeria’s international standing
  • National brand image
  • Tourism
  • Foreign participation
  • Investment
  • Misinformation and disinformation
  • Propaganda and conflict
  • Declining public trust
  1. Modest Immediate Social Response
  2. Delayed Earned-Media Propagation
  3. National Reputation & Economic-Diplomacy Narrative

Low immediate social engagement did not equal low communication value.

Attention is immediate. Impact can be delayed. Meaning tells us the difference.

The National Mobilisation Scorecard

The roadshow did more than create visibility.

It distributed WPRF across Nigeria's professional, governmental, media, student and civic networks.

The next test is whether that mobilisation becomes sustained conversation — and whether that conversation becomes trust, participation and reputation value by November.

Methodology & observation boundaries

Public posts on Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok published on 3 October WAT were eligible when they used tracked hashtags or referred to the WPRF roadshow.

Collection passes ran through the final 22:40 WAT close, including explicit visibility checkpoints at 16:30, 18:45 and 22:40, supplemented by chapter-name and location searches plus a web/news sweep.

Same-account repeated copies were deduplicated. Engagement is observable reactions, comments and shares at collection — never estimated.

WhatsApp and private Facebook groups cannot be monitored. Field material supplied through official NIPR channels is shown separately from publicly observable social posts.

The social/field baseline closed at 22:40 WAT on 3 October. The separately governed earned-media sweep was updated on 4 October to 16 identified placements; those placements do not add roadshow posts, accounts, interactions or chapters.

The sweep retains verified AIT, Vanguard, The Guardian, THISDAY and other placements, and treats the Peoples Gazette FCT roadshow story separately from the already tracked NSCDC/fake-news Gazette story. Unrelated Global Alliance commentary on Nigeria’s economy is excluded.

Visibility Latency

Communication value does not always appear during the measurement moment. A signal may begin with limited observable engagement but subsequently propagate through higher-authority channels, acquire new meaning and generate greater reputation value.

Immediate Visibility
What could be observed during the activation.
Propagated Visibility
How the signal travelled after the activation.
Meaning Value
What reputation, stakeholder or strategic significance the signal ultimately acquired.

Lagos is the Roadshow Day evidence case for this distinction. It is a methodological insight and does not change any score.
